Applies to: Request Central and TRX TranscriptionPro™ (TPro) · Provider (including court reporters), Court Administrator
January introduces Enhanced Transcripts in TPro from TheRecordXchange® (TRX): a guided path that turns a confirmed designation into a court-ready transcript. The same release puts VoiceCopy™ actions directly on the Workbench and makes sure every on-platform request is completed in a way that pays the right people.
New in TPro: Enhanced Transcripts
For: Provider, Court Administrator · Turning a recording into a transcript
An Enhanced Transcript is the structured transcript TPro creates from a confirmed designation. From it you create a Draft or an Expedited Transcript.
A three-page setup form. Page 1 covers the case and hearing, page 2 the participants, and page 3 the speaker IDs. The form saves as you go, and you close it with the X.
Job details from the designation. The hearing date, start and end times, duration, and processing estimates come straight from the confirmed designation.
Participants your way. Add parties with a Pro se option, attorneys under each party, witnesses with an optional title such as Dr. or Officer, and the court reporter and certifying person.
Proposed speaker IDs. TPro suggests a speaker ID for each participant and marks companies and "State of" entries N/A. You can change any of them.
Copy from another date. Reuse what you entered for another hearing date on the same request.
Requirements check. Create Enhanced Transcript turns on only when VoiceCopy is processed and the designation is confirmed, so you know a job will run before you start it.
Cleaner drafts. Drafts now insert a tab after each Q and A.

TPro for all providers and admins
TPro is available to provider users and admins on Request Central sites where it's turned on, with no separate setup per user.
New on the Workbench: VoiceCopy actions
For: Provider · Getting VoiceCopy text for a hearing date
Process VoiceCopy where you need it. When no text is available, the VoiceCopy tab shows a Process VoiceCopy link next to the message.
Export from the same tab. When text is ready, an Export VoiceCopy icon appears on the VoiceCopy tab.
No duplicate jobs. While VoiceCopy jobs are running, the button reads Processing VoiceCopy… so repeated clicks don't queue extra jobs.
Request Central improvements
For: Provider (claimant), Court Administrator · Completing requests and reporting
Complete with Create Invoice. On on-platform requests, claimants can no longer set the status to Completed, Balance Due, or Refund Due by editing the request. Those statuses come from Create Invoice, which also creates the claimant's payment and any refund to the customer. Off-platform requests and admins are not affected. The green Finalize button is now labeled Create Invoice.
Account Activity report retired. The Account Activity report has been removed from the Reports menu. The Court Reporter Activity report serves both admins and providers.

Common questions
What do I need before I can create an Enhanced Transcript? VoiceCopy processed for the hearing date, and a confirmed designation. Bookmark the portion you want, then select Confirm Designation from the Workbench menu.
Why can't I change a request's status to Completed? On on-platform requests, use Create Invoice instead. It sets the right status and creates the payments and refunds that go with it.
Does TPro replace the court reporter? No. TPro produces a first draft. A certified court reporter reviews, corrects, and certifies every transcript.
