February makes transcripts easier to manage at scale. TPro from TheRecordXchange® (TRX) brings the Workbench lists together in one tabbed view with Enable, Disable, and Show/Hide Disabled controls, and every draft template now carries a digital signature.
New on the Workbench: one tabbed view for your files
For: Provider, Court Administrator · Finding the files you're working on
Three tabs below the player. The separate tables are now tabs: Transcript (formerly TRX TranscriptionPro), Media (formerly Working Set), and Notes (log notes).
Enable and Disable on every tab. Select one or more files and choose Enable or Disable. On the Transcript tab, this replaces Archive and Unarchive, and disabled rows are grayed out.
Show or hide disabled files. A Show Disabled / Hide Disabled link on each tab controls whether disabled files appear. They're hidden by default, each tab keeps its own setting, and the setting resets each time you open the Workbench.
No page reloads. The tables update in place when you act on them.

For: Provider · Producing drafts
Digitally signed drafts. Digital signatures are now applied across all draft templates, with no manual step.
Jurisdiction-aware transcripts. TPro now knows the exact jurisdiction a transcript belongs to, not just the Request Central site, so drafts follow that jurisdiction's formatting rules even when one site serves several courts.

Request Central improvements

Cancelled requests in the Request Activity Report. Cancelled requests now appear on the report's Completed tab.
Common questions
Where did Working Set go? It's now the Media tab on the Workbench.
How do I archive an old transcript? Disable it instead. Disabled files are hidden by default, and you can bring them back with Show Disabled.
Why did a file disappear after I disabled it? Disabled files are hidden. Select Show Disabled on that tab to see it again.
