Completing your TRX Request

As the claimant on an order, you have access to the, green, "Create Invoice" button (see below):

When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Create Invoice" button. Β This will display the following pop-up box with several user options:

πŸ‘οΈ Preview Invoice

Action: Display invoice to be created for review

✏️ Edit Order

Action: Make changes to order prior to Creating the Invoice

βœ… Create Invoice

Action: Finalize Order

❌ Cancel:

Action: Cancel Create Invoice Process / Go back to Order

Completed Order Status

The status of an order after Completion depends on the Payment status / balance at the time of Completion.

Balance Due on Order: Status = Balance Due
No balance: Status = Completed
Refund Due to Customer: STATUS = Refund Due
