Search for and view the recording that includes the hearing you need to review.
Select the green "Create Designation" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Find the hearing you need and set the start and end time of that hearing. Find and play the start of the hearing, you can now double click the Start Range Selector to mark the exact beginning of your hearing. Find the end of your hearing and double click the End Range Selector to mark the exact end of your hearing.
Click the Bookmark icon under the Player to select your range. You will see a small orange bracket appear under your selected range.
Click the "Save Designation" and name the Designation as you wish. Your Designation is now saved on your dashboard under the "Designations" tab.
