Overview

If you're having trouble logging in to TheRecordXchange, this article covers the most common scenarios and how to resolve them quickly.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the TRX site where your account is registered (e.g., yourcourtname.trxchange.net).

  2. Click Login in the top-right corner.

  3. Click Forgot your password? beneath the login form.

  4. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.

  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email from TheRecordXchange and follow the link inside to set a new password.

The reset link expires after a short period β€” if it no longer works, repeat the steps above to request a new one.

Not Receiving the Reset Email?

If the reset email isn't showing up, try the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder. Emails from TheRecordXchange are occasionally filtered by spam settings.

  • Make sure you're using the right email address. Your TRX account is tied to the specific email you used when registering. If you've used multiple email addresses, try each one.

  • Make sure you're on the right site. TRX has separate sites for each court. An account created on one site won't exist on another. Check your original confirmation email to identify which site your account is on.

  • Wait a few minutes and try again. Delivery can occasionally be delayed.

If you've tried the above and still can't receive the email, contact TRX Support and we can look up your account and help you regain access.

Logging In to the Wrong Site

TRX accounts are site-specific β€” an account created on one court's site will not work on another court's site. If you're getting an "account not found" or "incorrect password" error, double-check that you're logging in to the correct site.

Your original confirmation email will contain a direct link to the site where your account is registered and your request was placed.

Think You May Not Have an Account Yet?

It's possible your request was started but not fully submitted, which means your account may not have been created. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from TheRecordXchange. If there isn't one, your request may not have gone through.
