Filter your Request list in Request Central

You can filter the Request listing by County, Status, and Request Type. The filters appear in a toolbar to the left of the Search box.

How to filter

  • Open a filter (County, Status, or Request Type) and select one or more values. The list updates immediately; there is no Apply button.

  • Each selection shows as a chip below the toolbar. Remove a chip to clear that value or choose Clear all to reset every filter.

  • Filters work together and alongside the existing Search to narrow your results.

  • When a county list is long, use the search box inside the County panel to find a county as you type.

Which filters appear

  • Status always appears: Submitted, Deposit required, In production, On hold, Balance due, Completed, Cancelled.

  • County and Request Type appear when your Request list has more than one value to choose from.

Do my selections persist?

Yes, for your current session. Selections survive a page refresh and clear when the session ends. There are no saved or named views.

Result counts and pagination

The result count and pagination on the Request listing reflect your matching requests and are scoped to your account.

Filtering is available to everyone who can access the Request listing, including customers, providers, and admins.
