Filtering Orders in Request Central

Request Central now lets you narrow the Request listing by County, Status, and Request Type, so you can get to the requests you need without scrolling through everything.

Launching end of June 2026.

How do I filter my requests in Request Central?

A filter toolbar sits to the left of the Search box on the Request listing. Open County, Status, or Request Type, choose one or more values, and the list updates immediately, with no Apply button to click. Each selection appears as a chip below the toolbar; remove a chip to drop that value, or choose Clear all to reset everything. Filters combine with each other and with Search to narrow your results.

Which filters will I see?

Status always appears, with the standard production statuses: Submitted, Deposit required, In production, On hold, Balance due, Completed, and Cancelled. County and Request Type appear when your portal has more than one value to offer, so you will not see a filter that could only ever return a single result. When a county list is long, the County panel includes a search box so you can find a county as you type.

Do my filter selections stay applied?

Yes, for the length of your session. Your selections carry over if you refresh the page and clear when your session ends. There are no saved or named views to manage.
