Submit Button Not Visible on Request Forms

Issue Overview

When viewing our site on a mobile device, you may experience display issues where parts of the screen - particularly the submit button - appear cut off or are not fully visible. This happens because mobile browsers can sometimes incorrectly calculate the screen ratio, causing important elements to extend beyond the viewable area.

Quick Solution: Switch to Landscape Mode

The fastest way to resolve this issue is to rotate your phone 90 degrees to switch from portrait to landscape orientation. This will:

  • Expand the viewable area horizontally

  • Make all form elements, including the submit button, visible

  • Allow you to complete and submit your request successfully

How to Enable Landscape Mode:

  1. Unlock screen rotation on your device (if it's locked)

    • On iPhone: Swipe down from the top-right corner and tap the rotation lock icon

    • On Android: Swipe down from the top and tap the auto-rotate icon

  2. Turn your phone sideways (90 degrees in either direction)

  3. Wait a moment for the screen to adjust to landscape orientation

  4. You should now see the complete form with the submit button visible
