Getting Started
To start using the Default People feature, simply log in to your TRX account and create a new Request. The Default People settings will be applied automatically, but you can customize them as needed to fit your team’s unique requirements.
To update your Default People list in TRX, select the DEFAULT PEOPLE option from the Account Drop down menu in your TRX Account. See below:
The Default People page will display all the Default People associated to the logged in account. In the image below there are no default people so the listing is blank:
To add another TRX User to your Account as a Default, click the "Add Person" button and then enter the users email address. If they do NOT have a TRX Account already, their name will include "Pending" in the name. Once they create their account and accept the site terms and conditions, the "Pending" will be removed
