The first step for a Transcript Provider is to claim an order for themselves.

To do so, navigate to the "Share" tab in the order.  Any users associated to the order are listed on this tab.  As a provider, with provider rights, you can claim the order for yourself.

To claim the order, click the "Claim" button:

Once claimed, the Share tab will show the order as claimed with the claiming user listed:

The provider is also listed on the Order Details Tab.

If the order needs to be claimed by another provider, the current claimant will need to "Un-Claim" the order.  To do so, as the claimant, go to the "Share" tab and click the "Un-Claim" link.  This will release the order so it can be claimed by a different provider
