Why Change the Customer?
The most common reason to change the Customer on a TRX request is to enable the correct person to make a payment. Only the user designated as the "Customer" can access the payment functionality on the site.
Steps to Change the Customer
Navigate to the Share Tab
Open the TRX Request
Click on the "Share" tab
Initiate the Customer Change
Locate the current Customer's name in the list (they will have "Customer" listed in the Role column)
Click the "Change" link that appears next to the current Customer's name
3. Select the New Customer
A dropdown menu will appear
Select the new customer from the dropdown list
4. Save the Change
Click the "Change Customer" button to save your selection
The new customer will now have access to the payment functionality

Important Notes
Only one user can be designated as the Customer at any time
The Customer role provides access to the "Make Payment" button
Other users can still have View Only or TRX Admin access to the request
The change takes effect immediately once saved
