Off-Platform Requests require a Remit To option for payments, as TRX is disconnected from these Requests and the associated financial transactions. Providers planning to move any Requests Off-Platform should navigate to the "Manage addresses" section within their TRX Profile and input the relevant payment addresses accordingly.
In the example / screenshots below, we're using a Demo Account in the TRX Site (Terrific Transcriber).
Address Book Entries
This Profile has 2 Address Book Entries. These Entries can be edited or deleted from this view via the corresponding button:

New Addresses can be added via the New Address button
Entering a new Remit To Address requires specific contact information (identified as mandatory fields below). At this point the new Remit To address can also be set as the Default address for this Claimant's TRX Account
Default Addresses
For On-Platform Requests, this Remit-To value defaults to TheRecordXchange.
For Off-Platform Requests, The Remit To value displays:
"Leave Blank" -- if the Claimant has no default address set in the Manage Addresses section of their profile
The Address identified as the Default Address in the Manage Addresses section of their profile
The Claimant can switch to any address listed in the Manage Addresses section of their profile by using the drop-down option on the Remit To box
Setting a Default Address
Claimants are advised to designate a default address to ensure there is always an address available in the remit section. They will retain the ability to switch to a different address for a specific Request.
The Default Address is identified in the Address Book Entries view:
When this Default Address value is set the Request will default to this as the Remit To Address on Off-Platform Requests
