Your requested turnaround time will determine the page rate for your order. The shorter the turnaround time, the higher the page rate. Turnaround times cannot begin until the Project Owner receives all of the necessary audio recordings and paperwork from the court. Once everything is received, your order will be moved into production and the estimated completion date will be established and displayed in your order.

The Project Owner will do everything possible to acquire the audio and necessary paperwork as quickly as possible, but circumstances beyond their or the court’s control may delay receipt. You will be notified when we have all of the audio recordings and have moved your order into production.
