We have instated a new policy for daily turns:  

  • If we offer you a turn based on what you have put on the google form you have filled out, please accept it as quickly as possible. 

  • If things occur & you’re unable to do the turn, please email support@trxchange.com ASAP to let us know. We are understand things happen – but please let us know ASAP.

  • If we do not hear from you AND you have not accepted the turn within 30 minutes of us offering it to you, we will be removing it from your queue and will be offering it to someone else. 

Quick tip - You do have the ability to accept the turn through your phone if you’re out and about. As long as you meet the due time, that’s totally ok 😊
