Alt + G Macro Description

The "Media Played" Macro is used when audio or video content is played back in the court.  In most cases, this content itself is listed as evidence and does NOT need to be typed.  The Transcriber does need to list the start and end times of the content being played.  We built a macro specifically to populate this information for you.  When you click Alt+G it will open a pop up window asking you for details.  (Video type, start and end times). It will then insert those details into the transcript in the correct format.

This is VERY important for the proofreader on your large projects.  If these times are not listed, it creates additional work for your proofreader when they're going over your transcripts
