As a turn assignee, when you log into your TRX Production account and view the dashboard, you are presented with your current turns, either offered or assigned.   

Open the turn in question by clicking the Case Name in the turn list

The system will take you to the project and will, by default, expand the turn in question (see turn example below)

Now to upload the completed transcript for this turn.  Click the blue "Upload" button. local browser opens, allowing you to select single or multiple files to upload at one time.   Highlight the files to be uploaded and click "Open".  The upload will start and you'll see a small.

When the upload completes, the page will reload and the newly uploaded files are listed under the "TRANSCRIPTS" section of the Turn.
